Habitat: Redefining the Concept of Home.
The term 'Habitat' extends beyond the traditional idea of a home. In today's context, a home represents not just a place to live and grow, but also a symbol of stability, a source of investment, an achievement, and an entity with high market value.
Historically, the concept of home wasn't seen as a business product. However, in recent decades, homes have become catalogue items for people to choose from. We recognized an opportunity to bridge this gap, focusing on the meticulous process of selecting a home something individuals plan for years, scrutinizing every detail.

We transformed a sales office and sample flats project into an experience centre to demonstrate the trust between builders and buyers, showcasing the product's quality and the intrinsic feeling of a home. The layout is designed for a walk-through experience, reflecting the stages observed in the existing system. The building features a plinth and roof structure that connects layers of green spaces and various areas around central courtyards.

Our design aims to facilitate a seamless transition where visitors can relax and rejuvenate, aiding clear decision-making. The walk-through design addresses common questions that arise during the home-buying process, allowing visitors to explore, return to previous zones, and engage in discussions. The extroverted pavilion invites visitors to enter, gradually transitioning to an introverted courtyard plan for a more introspective decision-making experience.

The material palette is based on simple grids and market-available sizes. Gabion walls, which can be reassembled on new sites with zero waste by avoiding mortar construction, reflect our commitment to sustainability. The landscape features local indigenous species and elements that enhance the mood and meet temperature needs, playing a crucial role in the overall design.
Our goal is to create an environment that embodies the essence of home, offering a comprehensive and thoughtful experience for prospective homeowners.
